Dhan is currently pursuing his Doctorate at the University of Cambridge with a focus on new nuclear materials for advanced nuclear reactor applications funded by the United States Department of Energy, The Westinghouse Electric Company and the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council. He has also participated in international research working groups such as the Carbides for Future Fission Environments group – publishing and presenting research and innovation within the field.
Throughout his academic career, Dhan has worked on several European Space Agency, space technology and local air quality-related projects.
Whilst at Cambridge University and Imperial College London, he has worked on and founded a number of biotechnology-related ventures with support from the Judge Business School. Most recently, he has advised a large European health technology fund on the technical feasibility of potential investments in the medical device sector.
